Players :

- Dont be a crybaby. Just have fun !

- You are only allowed to kill in spawn or the exits of spawn with light weapons. BUT, if you can capture a spawn (then there is a flag, CP, etc), then everything is allowed..... even F16 jets.

Weapons that can be used in spawns and exits by both teams:

- Spawncamping is not allowed. Not even with light weapons ! So never stay at spawn.

- Self killing is allowed. But NOT in battle since its a bit lame. When you have been poisend, you are already ownd enough and are allowed to selfkill.

- Farming : It is not allowed to stay in spawn, only dropping ammo/medic packs to get XP. You can drop it all, but then have to take part of the game. Doing so, is reason for XPreset.

- Minor cursing is allowed, unless its in the censor database. You will be auto-killed.

- All languages allowed in in main chat, but try to use English.

- Do not spam the main chat with BS.

- Votes can be called only once in a map and only at beginning of maps. Do NOT keep voting or you will be muted.

- If you are not playing, even for a few minutes, go to the spectators. Admins cant see if you are only away for 30 sec. or 30 minutes. Do NOT switch back when an admin puts you in an other team or you are in trouble!

- Always keep teams even. Its more fun for everyone.

- All weapons are part of ET. Do not be a crybaby when being killed by panza or a rambo medic.

- Respect all admin calls.

- Do not ask for admin levels. When we think you earned it, you will get it automaticly.

- No Trick Jumping allowed to get to objective (like jumping a wall in Oasis, etc). TJ for other reasons are ok.

- The use of (wall)hacks, aimbots, etc on any server will be reason for automatic ban !! Only the head admin can use new hacks to test em and only after the Scrim leader and Clan leader knows about it.

- Do NOT use names from Blackops members or you might be banned after just 1 warning.

- Do not have religious talks or binds. What you think is ok, might offend another. So no talks/bind about Allah, God, Buddha, Ganesh or whatever. One exception.... OMG

- Play for the objective. We do not want players who just sit in a corner the entire map. If you want to pure frag, go to a purefrag server. If you want to rambo medic, that's ok, just do it near the objective. If you can see they are beginners.......the rule can be ignored. They still need to learn.

- When you are a Blackops Clan member : Always wear your =BO= tag on our servers and try to do so as much as possible on other servers. BUT it is allowed to play without tag if you are playing in a non =BO= scrim. Since this will only improve your skills, which will benefit the clan. Fun tags are not allowed and can be seen as double clanning. Read our rule about double clanning in this article.

Double Clanning and ETPro Teams :

- Is not allowed, but one is allowed to be part of an ETpro scrimteam outside BO. You are allowed to wear that teams tags ONLY during those scrims.

- One is obliged to notify/request Blackops on the forum at Scrim section, when you want to join an ETPro team outside of Blackops. If the admins think that this team is no scrim team, we can deny the request. No notification means double clanning means kick out of Blackops!

- Double clanning with fun clans is still forbidden.

Admins :

- When you want to use commands like Kick, Ban, ResetXP , try to talk to other admins/members about it. We normally do not use these commands, unless players really are fucking up things. Remember that there are also a lot of players who don't speak English and might not know what you asked them.

- Its allowed to use the commands Pip, Pop and Chicken in the game. Even when players do it more then once, but not like 4+ more times or its chat spamming.

- Excessive cursing is reason for muting. First time can be unmuted after 30-60 seconds. Try PM-ing them and explain its no fun and not allowed. If players continue to curse, mute for a map. Still cursing after that map, kick em.

- Really offensive player names are not allowed. First ask them to rename. If they don't during or after the map you re playing, use the rename command and rename them something nice (bunny or so). If they keep using the offensive name. Kick em ! They keep returning with that or other offensive names --->BAN!

- Players that are AFK (Away From Keyboard) should be putteam to the spectators.

- Remember that a good admin probably never uses the admin commands. Only when really needed.

- Farming ammo/medic packs is reason for XPreset after a few warnings.

- Respect all players, unless they do not follow our rules.

When they return a couple of times (5+), they can be set to level 200.

Can be set by level 700 admins for new recruits. These recruits first HAVE to register on the forum and fill out the "JOIN US" form. Then they can put there tags on in black ( =BO=) and get 350. any admin can set them to 400 in a few days. Its just so all see we have a new member.

FORUM :

- Do not make double post at the forum, try editing them first. - Do not make your avatar bigger then 100x100 pixels.

- Do not spam the forum with useless comments, unless you re really funny .

- Use non offending account names for forum.

- Blowfish is always right

TEAMSPEAK :

- All players on our servers are allowed to use our TS server.

- All non members are allowed on TS, IF there is a Blackops member with them. No member is no TS.

- All forum accounts, which have the title of "Clan Friend" can be on TS when they want without another Blackops.

JOINING BLACKOPS :

- Minimum age to join is 16. All under 16 will be talked about first.

- JAYMOD Players : You need at least 10000 XP before you can apply to join Blackops.

- ETPRO Players : Play for 2-3 weeks at the ETPro servers and be active on forum (at least scrim section). This will be long enough for us to see if you are fun and relaxed enough to join us.

- After we let you join, you get level 350, wear black =BO= Tags and are on trial. You get level 400 when we think you are ready. Do NOT ask for it. After that time we will know what kind off player you are and if you are BlackOps quality. Then you will also be added to the clan- / xfire list as full member.

- Getting on Teamspeak 3 to talk / chat to your clan mates will probably get you faster a full membership.

Battlefield Bad Company 2

- BF players who want to join must come on Teamspeak with a headset. You need to talk for teamplay.

Exceptions of the rules can be made by Blowfish ...... but that will not happen often.
